About Fire Pho

Fire Pho is a small family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Huntington Beach, specializing in slow-simmered pho and bun bo hue. Not just your typical pho place. Our house-made chili oil can really kick some butts, so watch out for it.

Every bowl starts with broth made from scratch. Our bun bo hue is built on lemongrass and shrimp paste with beef shank, rare steak, tendon, and cha lua. We also serve spicy wontons, fried rice, garlic butter noodles, and Vietnamese iced coffee.

BEST PHO IN ORANGE COUNTY! so delicious it will have you HOOKED!!! Egg Rolls and Lemon Pepper wings are BOMB. Tony and his Wife are very hospitable and have very lovely energy. Come on down and give it a try. You won’t be DISAPPOINTED. 😮‍💨

We loved every aspect of this restaurant. The pho is delicious and has become our new favorite. We had a conversation with the owner and he was a kind humble man who loves what he does. Tony was in the kitchen cooking and waiting all the tables. He excelled at his work. They make a house made chili oil which was wonderful.

The best pho and bun bo hue I've had in LA. Tastes just like in Vietnam. Super friendly family-owned place and prompt service. The blue drink is nice too!

Amazing food! The spicy wontons were ridiculously good, the lemon pepper wings were delicious and zesty! The veggie rolls were super crispy and delicious especially with the yummy chili sauce and we got the shrimp fried rice. The spam in the rice is such a yummy addition! We will be back soon and frequently!!! Update to say we came back the next day! Haha and added a few pictures!

family‑owned shop, but the heart they put into their food and service is huge. I’ve been coming here since the day they opened, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The customer service is consistently amazing—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of every guest who walks through the door. You can feel the pride they take in what they do. The pho is always fresh, flavorful, and comforting, and you can tell the broth is made with real care. If you’re looking for a place with great food, great people, and a warm, family atmosphere, Fire Pho is it. Easily one of my favorite spots
